The concept of the Salsa line includes the initial homogenization of individual components in a mixing tank with a rapidly rotating dispersing organ for product circulation, the mass is pumped into a heated process tank and the final fine grinding in MasterRefiner bead mills. A simple menu-controlled system, including temperature control, allows you to fine-tune the required quality, with a final particle size < 15 microns.
The MasterCream system was created for the preliminary grinding of raw materials such as almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, as well as for the processing of industrial confectionery products such as chocolate, waffles, dragees, products with fillings and others.
MasterRefiner horizontal disc mills are advanced machines of continuous operation from laboratory to industrial sizes for a wide range of food and confectionery products.
